PFRDA opens Reits for individual subscribers
In a much-awaited move, pension regulator PFRDA has now allowed individual subscribers the freedom to invest up to 5% of incremental subscription in alternative investments like Reits (real estate investment trusts), InvITs (infrastructure investment trusts) and mortgage-based securities among others.
